Aditya Khanna , bioAditya’s research focuses on the combinatorics of transition matrices that arise in the study of symmetric functions and their generalizations, especially a new generalization called polysymmetric functions. His advisor is Nick Loehr. Aditya is active in the mathematics community through leadership and organizing roles, including co-organizing the Graduate Online Combinatorics Colloquium, moderating a large combinatorics Discord community, and serving on the Math department GSO board. Aditya is a 2026 graduate and has accepted a Visiting Professor position at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
