Resources to Support Your Mental Health
The demands of graduate school can induce great stress on students. Students need recreational outlets, social supports, and mental health resources to cope with the stress and anxiety they will experience. The right column of this page includes links to several resources provided by the university.
Additionally, please be aware of resources available to you within the department. In addition to your graduate advisor, you can approach any member of the graduate program committee (GPC) with any concerns you might have about your experiences in the program. The GPC also welcomes your suggestions for improving graduate student experiences in the department, for you and your peers.
